Turkish Wheat Meatballs Recipe

INGREDIENTS
3 cups of dark bulgar wheat
1 onion (minced)
3 tomatoes (grated)
100g (3.5 oz) of parsley (finely chopped)
4 tbs. Of tomato paste
1 tbs. Of hot pepper paste
4 tbs. Of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic (grated)
2 tsp. Of cumin
2 tsp. Of sumac
2 tsp. Of isot
2 tsp. Of red pepper (paprika)
1 tsp. Of black pepper
2 tsp. Of salt
DIRECTIONS
Take the bulgar wheat into a wide tray, Add minced onions, And minced garlic, Add the grated tomato, Knead for around 5 minutes
Add the pepper and tomato pastes, Knead for another 5 minutes
Start adding your seasonings with isot,
Black pepper,
Salt,
Paprika,
Cumin,
Sumac,
Knead for around 10 minutes, Add the olive oi, Knead for around 30-40 minutes more, Finally add the parsley, Cover it and leave it for around an hour, Later you can give it the 'traditional' shape
